I've used Mr. Harrison for an inspection on my personal home prior to refinancing and an investment property prior to purchasing it. I recommended him to perform inspections for family members too. He inspected my parents’ new home before their purchase and a foreclosure that my cousin bought before she moved in. Mr. Harrison and his associates are the consummate professionals. The support staff is always courteous, accommodating and informative. Mr. Harrison himself is extremely knowledgeable and provides the highest level of service. His credentials and insurance information are readily available from his website, which makes it easy to provide that to lenders when they need it. He performs the most thorough inspection and gives you detailed findings immediately in writing and with color pictures. He takes the time to walk you through any issues observed and explains the difference between the important safety issues, priority items, as well as general recommendations. He even goes the extra mile to provide you with useful brochures and tips on fire safety and home products. Who does that these days? He does! These folks know what good customer service is about and they deliver!

My husband and I (and the little one) thank you so much for your care and diligence today.
